In my experience burning stomach fat has been my biggest obstacle to overcome in my weightloss journey. I have tried a countless amount of unhealthy “lose weight in 1 week” type diets, a bunch of cardio and even unsuccessful juice cleanses. Unfortunately all of these attempts only resulted into temporary solutions. Even with all my failed attempts I stayed persistent and never gave up and with the right guidance you too can accomplish your flat tummy goals.
1. Exercise is key!!!
Exercise plays a huge role in burning stubborn belly fat and when worked into your daily routine not only does it help burn stubborn belly fat, it helps keep that unwanted fat away. There are many core exercises that help burn that stubborn belly fat (Click here for my ab workout video). Incorporating a consistent equally balanced HIIT circuit with a little cardio like walking or running will really help you reach that flat tummy goal.
2. WATCH WHAT YOU EAT!
The foods you eat are extremely important while trying to reach your flat tummy goals simply because your diet alone can be “productive” or even worse “counterproductive” in your weightloss journey.
Foods to stay AWAY from:
Fried foods (doughnuts, french fries, etc.)
Stick of margarine
Stay away from high carb foods
Any foods with trans fat also known as trans fatty acids can be very harmful to your diet because they can raise your (LDL) “bad” cholesterol and even lower your (HDL) “good” cholesterol. Trans fat can also increase your risk of heart disease and cause cholesterol build up in your arteries.
Foods to help burn belly fat:
Salmon (contains Omega-3 fatty acids) the good stuff.
